THE RESCUER
Outfitted with a seat belt cutter and trauma shear for aiding in roadside traffic crashes where the victim is entrapped by his belt. Additionally, duct tape is added to the inner core to improvise as a repair tool. A glowing beacon is tucked to the outer strap and can be used to mark evidence or way points. The strap is also equipped with a handcuff key for quick deployment in the event your cuffs are used against you or to adjust restraints on a detainee if your key is lost. (Includes items 0-5)
0- *10’-15’ Paracord Mil Spec 550lb, 125 feet to 225 feet total cordage including 7 inner nylon strands each w/ 2 braided strings. Replace shoestrings, make a bow saw, lash together logs to create a raft, make a bear bag, weave a fish net or use as fish line, floss teeth, support line for tent.
1- *Handcuff Key Buckle: non-metallic, concealed. Universal fit. Removable/replaceable.
2- *V Cutter, Seat Belt and Trauma Shear: lightweight, cutting device that slices through webbing, seat-belts, 550 paracord, zip-tie restraints, shred thru clothing to quickly attend to wounds, and more.
3- *Four Ranger Bands: Fire Tender & Smoke Signal (30 Second burn time), heavy duty rubber band, bandage for fingers, gear strapping, bundle loose items, waterproof a survival tin or Zippo, use as shock absorber on cell phone, secure flashlight to front sight barrel, burn for a large signal flame, grip for pistol, etc. TIPS: Use band to secure smaller items to your bracelet.
4- 2x Chemlight Sticks: 1 Red (HI-VIS, 3yr Shelf Life in sealed packet) and 1 Green (equipped to strap, 3yr shelf life, medium glow) glowsticks. Mark your path, read field notes/map in low lit areas, signal a message, attach to K9 for tracking, etc. Illumination marker can be deployed during a foot chase to signal backup units of fleet direction into woodline or as a low light aid for completing tasks. Serves as evidence marker to locate items of interest in low lot environments.
THE BACKUP
Equipped with a bright LED light buckle for taking down notes or writing a citation in low light conditions. The attached luminous compass allows you to call out directions in pursuits at night and navigate safely. Also included is a backup handcuff key and a spare ranger band. (Includes items 0-4).

Keep the on/off button secure by wearing with the red safety clip or by running a ranger band over it. B. Replace the battery by unsnapping and exchanging with cr1220 lithium battery.
2- *Non-Metallic Handcuff key, concealed. TIHK brand with clip. Back up replacement for LEO, Military, Security Personnel or as concealed tool to defend against hostage/kidnapping/illegal detainments. Secured under ranger band for easy access. (New key may appear different that shown in photo)
3- *Luminous Compass: Fixed 360 Degree Dial. Subdued Fit on Paracord Bracelet. Waterproof/Impact Resistant.
